How it works:  

  1. Order the number of charms you “think” you’d like to design. If you decide you want more charms, or a specialty item added, we can adjust things accordingly.
  2. If we’re not in a livestream, as soon as I get a notification, I will text you to set an appointment, so be sure to leave all your contact information when checking out. 
  3. We will meet on livestream, video call or we can even email or text. 
  4. Choose your charms and chain style. If you need extra time to decide, and you want to have a second session, that’s fine. Sometimes, the number of charms even makes me anxious!
  5. Lock in your selection!
  6. I ship items on Tuesday from the local post office, UPS and Fed Ex. Most orders are assembled and shipped USPS within 2 days from my home address. 
  7. Storage and care is important. Your jewelry will arrive in an organza drawstring bag. Please be sure to store jewelry so that charms to not scratch other jewelry.  Fashion jewelry should be stored properly, fully dry, away from moisture, and free from skin oils or debris. Please use a jewelry polishing cloth to clean your jewelry. Gold alloy and brass pieces can reclaim their shine with a polishing cloth or by using a brass polish, such as "Brasso.”
