You'll love how we've organized our charm listings by theme, color and price to make browsing easier. Please remember, the website shows only a small portion of the more than 4,000 charms we have available. We show most of our charms on livestream.  Take screenshots of charms so you remember which you like best.  It's hard to decide sometimes.

General Pricing:

Our bundles include charms from the Story & Style Collection which are $8 each. We also offer:

Signature Charms — $15 each
Elevated designs, branded pieces, and special finishes. To substitute a Signature charm in this bundle adds $7 each to your total.

Curated Charms — $20 each
Our most distinctive and collectible designs. To substitute a Curated charm in this bundle adds $12 each to your total.

If you do upgrade charms after purchasing a Charm Bundle, an add-on listing link will be sent to you with your add ons.  If you add more charms from the Story & Style Collection, we'll create an add-on listing with bundle pricing according to the new quantity of Story & Style charm bundle savings. Only Story & Style charms are included in bundle pricing.

Your three $8 Story & Style charms would normally total $24. In this bundle, you pay $21 for three charms, saving $3 (12.5%) when you bundle them together.

 

Three Ways to Shop

Choose whichever of these three options works best for you.  You'll need some of this information at checkout to let us know which charms and chain you want.

1.  Browse the Charm Bar Galleria & Design It Yourself

Many of our charms are organized by theme and color, and can be purchased separately, without building a bracelet or necklace. 

You do not need to purchase the individual charm and chain separately. Your three Story & Style charms and chain are included in this bundle.

As you're browsing through these charm listings, take screen shots to keep track of your favorites. We've tried to label each charm with a Charm Location ID which is the tray name and bin number to help find charms. If the bin has several designs, each variation will be numbered.  Be sure to get this information in your notations or on the screenshot.

When you're ready to order, purchase this 3-Charm Bundle and use the Special Instructions box at checkout to tell us:

• • The three charms you'd like with Tray, bin and item number. The order you list them will be the way the charms are arranged left to right on the chain.
  • Your preferred chain style from the photos
  • Any preferred length or other special instructions such as charm spacing and placement.

Please note that some charms or chain options may sell out before the website can be updated. If something you've selected is unavailable, we'll contact you by email and/or text with alternatives, or offer a refund for the unavailable item.

 

2.  Shop and Claim Charms on Tiktok or YouTube Live

Join us during a TikTok or YouTube livestream and we'll show you current inventory, new arrivals, styling ideas, and charms that may not yet be listed online.

Follow us on TikTok and YouTube at @LisaKayArtistry as we develop our livestream and video content.

During a live, you can take screenshots, make notes, and reserve charms for your upcoming design. When you have your charms selected, purchase the appropriate bundle and use the Special Instructions box at checkout to schedule your private build time.. We will hold reserved charms for 5–7 days, returning them to inventory on Thursday at 6 PM Central unless other arrangements have been made.

 

3.  Build by Photo or Message

Too busy for a livestream? We can build your piece together using Messenger, WhatsApp, iMessage, SMS/Text, or email.

We'll send photos of available options so you can make your selections from wherever you are.

Once you've decided on your design, purchase the appropriate bundle listing and include your charm and chain selections in the Special Instructions box at checkout.

 

About Our Chain Gallery

Our Charm Bar chains are available in several styles and materials so you can choose the foundation that best fits your look. Reference photos are available in the photo gallery above, with labels you can use in the Special Instructions box at checkout.

Dainty Links
Lightweight chains for petite and smaller charms or sliding pendants. They're also a good choice for adding to a chain stack.

Classic Links
Our versatile everyday foundation with a little more presence, suitable for the weight of most of our charms.

Statement Links
A substantial link designed to let the chain become the focus of your look.

14K Gold Filled
Our premium, more dainty, light-duty option for those who prefer the look and feel of gold-filled jewelry. Not all gold-filled chains will support the weight of larger charms.

The Chain Gallery is a separate listing for customers who want a simple chain or enjoy creating chain stacks without charms. You'll find the complete Chain Gallery in the Charm Bar & Custom Jewelry Design Collection. The chains indicated here are suitable for charm jewelry or use with sliding pendants.

 

Chain Materials

Gold-plated chains are available in 14K or 18K gold plating, depending on the style. Chain cores may be 304 stainless steel or copper, depending on the design.

Strong links designed to support heavier charms are made with 304 stainless steel. Some steel links are left open, while others are welded. Intricate designs, including delicate twists, crimped details, and stamped styles, may use a softer copper core to allow for greater detail.

Our silver-tone chains are stainless steel.

All chains have a factory-applied tarnish-resistant finish. Please see our Care Instructions page for details.

 

Chain Sizing

Bracelets are available in 6–8 inch lengths, cut to order, and include a 2-inch extender.

If no bracelet size is specified in the Special Instructions box, your bracelet will be styled to approximately 7 inches.

Necklaces are approximately 16–20 inches and include a 2-inch extender. If no necklace length is specified, your necklace will be styled to approximately 16 inches.

All chains include a 2-inch extender unless you specifically ask us to remove it.

Livestream or Video Call is Exclusively for You

If you enjoy the TikTok Live personal shopping experience, purchasing this bundle gives you the option to reserve a private build time Monday through Sunday, 8 AM–7 PM Central.

Please use the Special Instructions box at checkout to let us know the dates and times you'd like to meet, preferably within 2–4 days of your purchase.

Your reserved time is exclusively for your custom build, so you don't have to sit through a long livestream lineup waiting for your turn. No other viewer claims will be processed during your reserved appointment, giving you our undivided attention.

One reschedule will be offered for missed appointments. We will contact you by email and/or text message. If we don't receive a response within 7 days of your purchase, we'll issue an in-store credit valid for 30 days. The credit will be emailed and/or texted to you. Due to the personalize nature of this item, and time set aside for the customization, refunds are not provided.

Thursday and Sunday at 7 PM Central are our regularly scheduled open live-claim times.

Your Final Approval Matters

Inventory changes constantly, so charm and chain availability may vary from one build to the next.

If a charm you've selected is no longer available, we'll contact you with an alternative or offer a refund for the unavailable charm.

Because our Charm Bar inventory moves quickly during livestreams, there may occasionally be a delay between an item being claimed and our inventory being updated online. When you're choosing charms on your own, please keep this in mind—some items may sell before the website reflects the change.

We'll always do our best to make sure you get the pieces you want.

If you're building with us live, ask to see our new arrivals and current Charm Bar inventory. You may discover something that hasn't made it to the website yet.

We will always email and/or text you the final design for approval before your order is mailed. We only want happy customers.

Build It Once—or Keep Collecting

Your first charm design doesn't have to be the beginning and the end of your collection.

Start with one special charm or pendant and add to them later, or move into our 5-, 7-, or 9-Charm Bundles, where the more charms you collect, the greater your bundle savings.

With thousands of charms waiting to be discovered, there's always another little treasure that can become part of your story.

Your jewelry doesn't have to match everyone else's. It should look like you.
