2 Simple Ways to Order

Option 1: Place Your Order for the number of charms you want.
At checkout, use the Special Instructions box to list your chosen chain style and note the length. Then, list the charm ID numbers from left to right, and note if you want to add a 2-inch extender. No customization with this option. If you choose premium charms, I will send a separate invoice after final approval (you can always change your mind before shipping.) A photo will be sent for your approval. If no response after 24 hours, I will ship your order.
Option 2: Place your order for the number of charms you want.
At checkout, use the Special Instructions box to note "Design with me." I will attempt to contact you within 24 hours via text messages or email, so please watch for me. Here is where you can customize chain and charm options, and take up to three days to design your jewelry. If you decide to add more charms or choose premium charms, I can send an add-on invoice. I will also send a photo of your finished design. You'll have 24 hours to make changes before shipping.

We can build customs together using one of these options:

Join a one of my Livestreams (@LisaKayArtistry): Tune into a live show or schedule your own 10–15 minute virtual tour (available 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM Central Time). You can "claim" and hold items until you are ready to build.
Livestream Schedule (Central Time):
- Facebook: Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM – Noon
- Instagram: Monday–Friday, Noon – 12:30 PM
- Whatnot: Wednesday at 7:00 PM
- TikTok: Thursday & Sunday at 7:00 PM
Photo & Video Sharing: We can exchange text messages, emails, or jump on a private video call. I will text photos of different combinations back and forth with you until your layout is absolutely perfect.

Clasp Options & Materials

Clasp Selection: A standard lobster clasp is automatically included with every chain at no extra charge.
Free Alternative: If you prefer a spring clasp, it is also free! Just type "Spring Clasp" in the Special Instructions box at checkout.
Premium Upgrades: Customers love charm bar experiences because you can change your mind throughout the design process. Any Premium or Statement Tier charms, beading, etc. can be invoiced after your final design approval.
Our Metals: The majority of our chain is high-quality gold plating over a durable stainless steel core. Embossed detailed links feature gold plating over copper, layered on a stainless steel base. Because gold plating is a finish and not solid gold, we recommend keeping your jewelry away from moisture, lotions, fabric softeners, perfumes, and chemicals to protect its shine over time.

Shipping & Communication Policy

To ensure your order ships on time and keeps our shop in good standing, please review these timeline rules:

24-Hour Design Approval: Once I message you the photo of your finished jewelry, you have 24 hours to request changes. If I don't hear back, it will be safely packaged and shipped exactly as pictured on the next business day.
Out-of-Stock Items: If a charm or chain sells out, I will message you alternatives. If there is no response within 24 hours, I will hand-select the closest matching replacement of equal or greater value to keep your order moving.
Custom Adjustments: If we are actively messaging to design a specialty piece, I can manually extend your shipping date in our system one time.
Deadlines & Cancellations: If I receive no response to design messages within 3 business days of your purchase, your order will be fully refunded and canceled.
