3 Simple Steps to Order

Step 1: Choose Your Base Chain
Browse the photo inventory and make a note of your favorite chain styles and length.
Step 2: Place Your Order
At checkout, use the Special Instructions box to list your chosen chain styles, add a 2-inch extender, or specify if you want to mix multiple chain styles. I will contact you regarding any customization.
Step 3: Approve Your Custom Design
Keep an eye on your text messages or email if you choose a mixed chain custom design! I will send a photo of your finished piece for final approval before shipping.

2 Ways to Design

If you want a truly hands-on experience, you don't have to design alone! We can build it together using one of these options:

Join a Livestream (@LisaKayArtistry): Tune into a live show or schedule a 10–15 minute exclusive virtual tour (available 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM Central Time). You can "claim" and hold items until you are ready to build.
Livestream Schedule (Central Time):
- Facebook: Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM – Noon
- Instagram: Monday–Friday, Noon – 12:30 PM
- Whatnot: Wednesday at 7:00 PM
- TikTok: Thursday & Sunday at 7:00 PM
Photo & Video Sharing: We can exchange text messages, emails, or jump on a private video call. I will text photos of different combinations back and forth with you until your layout is absolutely perfect.

Clasp Options & Materials

Clasp Selection: A standard lobster clasp is automatically included with every chain at no extra charge.
Free Alternative: If you prefer a spring clasp, it is also free! Just type "Spring Clasp" in the Special Instructions box at checkout.
Premium Upgrades: Want to upgrade to a Toggle, Carabiner, or Magnetic clasp? Simply add those to your cart before checking out. (Reminder: Magnetic and spring clasps work best on our daintier chains).
Our Metals: The majority of our chain is high-quality gold plating over a durable stainless steel core. Embossed detailed links feature gold plating over copper, layered on a stainless steel base. Because gold plating is a finish and not solid gold, we recommend keeping your jewelry away from moisture, lotions, perfumes, and chemicals to protect its shine over time.

Shipping & Communication Policy

To ensure your order ships on time and keeps our shop in good standing, please review these timeline rules:

24-Hour Design Approval: Once I message you the photo of your finished jewelry, you have 24 hours to request changes. If I don't hear back, it will be safely packaged and shipped exactly as pictured on the next business day.
Out-of-Stock Items: If a charm or chain sells out, I will message you alternatives. If there is no response within 24 hours, I will hand-select the closest matching replacement of equal or greater value to keep your order moving.
Custom Adjustments: If we are actively messaging to design a specialty piece, I can manually extend your shipping date in our system one time.
Deadlines & Cancellations: If I receive no response to design messages within 3 business days of your purchase, your order will be fully refunded and canceled.
