Your purchase includes one standard bracelet or necklace chain made of brass, 14K plated stainless steel chain, paracord or raw edge bandanas.

 

Optional upgrades are available:

 

• Detailed 18k gold-plated or gold-filled chains
• Braided bandana, and beaded styles
• Carabiners, clasps, and toggle closures

 

 

 

Once your piece is assembled, I’ll send photos of your completed design for approval. You may also choose to view your item during livestream or video chat.

 

Adjustments can be made at this stage. Please note that once upgraded chains, fabrics, or custom materials have been cut to your specifications—or polymer clay pieces have been modified—those portions cannot be changed or refunded.

 

If additional charms or upgrades are selected beyond the original listing price, I’ll create a private listing and send you a purchase link.

Estimated Completion Time

 

Most custom orders are completed and prepared for shipping within 3–5 business days after final design approval.

 

Jewelry Care

 

To keep your jewelry looking its best:

 

• Avoid water, lotions, perfumes, and chemicals
• Remove before showering, swimming, or exercising
• Remove while sleeping
• Store in a soft pouch or jewelry box

 

Cleaning (metal pieces only):

 

Use a soft jewelry cloth or a small amount of mild dish soap with cool water. Allow jewelry to air dry completely before storage.

 

Do not use cleaning methods on polymer clay, resin, or painted charms.

Nickel- and cadmium-free materials are used whenever possible.

 

While fashion jewelry is designed to resist tarnishing with proper care, all jewelry can naturally show wear over time. Cleaning and storing pieces properly helps extend their appearance and longevity.

 

Important Information

 

Because each item is custom-made specifically for you, cancellations and refunds are not available once the design process begins.

 

If a manufacturing defect is discovered upon unboxing, I will work with you to resolve the issue.
