Reserve Your Custom Charm Design Session

Choose your charms, connectors, chain, or bandana scarf during a personalized design session by livestream, text, or email.

A $5 nonrefundable deposit reserves your session. We’ll work with your schedule to find a convenient time. Pay when your design is complete for accurate shipping.

After your session is scheduled, we’ll send a text reminder. Please respond to messages and complete your design selections within 7 days. Need more time? Just let us know in advance—we’re happy to work with you whenever possible.

Chains are stainless steel, or gold- or brass-plated. A tarnish resistant finish is applied in the manufacturing process which, with proper care and storage, will retain shine and brilliance. See our care instruction enclosure with every order.
